Postdoctoral Associate, 3D cancer genomics

to lead computational and experimental 3D genomics investigations to understand high-order genome structure in cancers.


Postdoctoral Associate, amplicon biology

to lead computational and profiling studies to reconstruct complex cancer amplicons using long reads, optical mapping, and Hi-C.


Postdoctoral Associate, genomics of immunotherapy

to lead experimental and computational studies to link complex structural variant patterns with immunotherapy responses in low tumor mutational burden tumors.


Postdoctoral Associate, cancer genome integrity

to lead long read sequencing and serial passaging studies linking genome integrity defects with patterns of somatic structural variation. 


Postdoctoral Associate, structural genome editing

to lead studies applying genome editing approaches to create complex SVs in cell and tissue culture systems. 


Senior Scientist, long molecule profiling

to lead lab assay development and carry out studies employing long read sequencing and optical mapping of cancers.


Senior Scientist, 3D cancer genomics

to lead assay development and carry out studies to investigate 3D genomics of cancers including single cell, Hi-C, and Pore-C based approaches.


Senior Scientist, computational method development

to lead algorithm development including machine learning approaches to infer 1D and 3D genome structure and algorithms for the analysis and integration of long reads, optical mapping, and chromatin profiling in bulk and single cell samples.


Senior Scientist, genomics data science

to lead method development and analyses for complex structural variant analysis across thousands of cancer whole genomes.


Senior Scientist, genome analysis

to lead large scale analyses on thousands of clinically annotated cancer whole genomes in collaboration with disease management teams.


Senior Scientist, clinical genomics

to lead pipeline, algorithm, and application development for clinical cancer whole genome sequencing and the analysis of clinical whole genomes, to build and maintain a large database of clinical samples.


Software Engineer, clinical genomics

to maintain clinical analytic pipelines and database for use by collaborators and disease management teams, to develop custom applications including interfaces for the clinical interpretation of cancer whole genomes


Bioinformatics Analyst, package development

to develop, document, and maintain laboratory software packages, expertise in R / Bioconductor, continuous integration practices, and package development is a plus.


Bioinformatics Analyst, genome analysis

to contribute to large analyses on thousands of clinically annotated cancer whole genomes.


Bioinformatics Analyst, clinical genomics

to carry out clinical whole genome sequencing pipeline development and analysis, to maintain a large database of clinical samples for use by collaborators and disease management teams.


Bioinformatics Analyst, method development

to carry out computational cancer genomics method development in the area of structural variation and somatic mutational processes.


Senior Research Technician, genomics

carry out genome and epigenome profiling studies, manage sample accrual and banking across large sample sets


Senior Research Technician, tissue culture

carry out cell and tissue culture experiments including serial passaging, therapeutic screens, and genome editing on cell lines and patient derived organoids.


Senior Research Technician, mouse studies

to carry out patient derived xenograft studies in mice.


Research Technician 

contribute to genome and epigenome profiling, single cell and multi-omic profiling, cell and tissue culture, microscopy, and flow cytometry studies and assay development under direct supervision.
